Power to the People! : Russian Strength Training Secrets for Every American

Powerlifting and strength training for those who want the strength but not the size.

A friend has loaned me a copy of this incredible book. Over the next week or so I will be posting various tips that I have learned as a result of Pavel Tsatsouline teachings. It is a relativity inexpensive book and well worth the read, I suggest you pick it up or take a look at your local library.

The book describes a training method that is different than many adhere to. Pavel does not believe in the saying no pain no gain. I think he is more on the lines less is more.

The book is of particular importance to powerlifters, wrestlers, and athletes looking to gain incredible strength but yet stay as light as possible to compete in the lightest weight divisions. Powerlifters can learn to contract their muscles harder get superstrong without putting on an ounce of weight.

If you are a bodybuilder looking to but on size he has not forgotten about you, just try his classified Soviet Special Forces workout and pack on the mass.

Here is something for everyone; Tsatsouline describes how to increase your bench press by 10 pounds overnight.

Check it out. If you do not want to read it stay tuned and I will post tips and information I consider important.

All the best in your weight training, powerlifting, and bodybuilding programs.
Jason
