My lifts for Monday and Tue

Weight Training



275 x 3 plus chains - Rest 45 seconds
4 - 245 x 5 with chains - Rest 45 seconds

Were done to parallel, the chains totaled about 60lbs. I wanted to do 275 for 5x5 but it was too much for me, the chains would have put the weight over 330lbs
SLDL
3 - 225 x 10
Rest 45 seconds
Felt good and easy. I have to do more grip work as these started to slip.

80 x 8, 6, 5
Rest: none superset with Hyper Ext.
I hate these things but want to keep a good strength ratio between quads and hams.


3 - 45 x 12
Rest 1:00
IThis was the second part of my superset. I find these tough.

This was a quick but good workout.

On monday I did back and a chest. Sorry but i can not remember the entire workout.
Started with incline dumbbells.

Incline dumbells
5 - 110 x 5
Rest: 45 - 60 sec

Seated row wide
#17 on Cybex
5 x5
Rest: 45 - 60 sec

Weighted Dips
3 - 70 x 12
Rest: 45 - 60 sec

Pullovers
3 - 90 x 12
Rest: none

superset with cable x-overs
done on swiss ball and on Cybex 360
Rest: 45 - 60 sec


I think there were a few other little things but I cannot rember now, but that was the bulk of it.
