Week 1 day 5 - Power Phase Weight training

Week 1 day 5
Saturday 10AM

Friday was my off day.

Today I trained with a couple of rugby buddies. I usually train alone so it was nice to get together with a few friends. The only downfall was that I was not able to stick with my regular program, I pushed things more than I have the past week which I guess is ok. All in all I was happy with the training today. I set a new PR, so I can not complain too much.


3 sets - 225 x 12, 275 x 10, 315 x 7 new personal record - last record was 315 x 3
Rest - not timed, there was a group of 4 of us who took turns on one bench
Next week up 20lbs


4 sets - 180 x 12, 230 x 12, 270 x 10, 320 x 6
will not do again for a long time, not so much into the machines

          
3 sets 45 x 12, 70 x 10, 70 x 7
Next Time I will do sets with 90lbs


3 sets - 150 x 10, x 8, x 8


3 sets - 40 x 5, x 4, x 3 drop to 30 x 2
