Today was an easy day I did not push it at all, in fact i think I talked too much, but all went well.
Close Grip Bench
3 - 225 x 8
These were easy. Will add 20lbs for the first 2 sets next time, I forgot to add weight this time around.
Seated Rows - Wide grip
3 - 200 x 8
Straight Leg Dead lift (SLDL)
3 - 225 x 8
My grip is still not what it should be. This weight is easy but my grip can only take 8 reps. Too bad my gym does not allow chaulk, i could get a few more reps with that. Well if I hang in there I am sure my grip will come.
Elbows Out Ext.
3 - 40 x 10
Today I did these on a flat bench, most days I do it on an incline. I think I will continue to do it on the flat bench for a while.
