Deadlifts and Traps
Dead Lifts (Sumo style)
5 - 405 x 2
Rest - 2:00
It took effort to do these, I thought they would be a piece of cake but that was not the case. Did the first 2 sets without a belt then put it on for the last 3. Not sure if I will add weight next week.
Shurgs
5 - 405 x 8
Rest: 60 seconds
Did not feel bad. Next week the weight will stay the same but I will hold each shrug for a 2 count.
Up right rows
5 - 135 x 5
Rest: 60 seconds
These were hard.
Hyper Ext
5 - 25 x 15
Rest: 60 seconds
These kill me too. I find it hard to stand straight after I am done with theses.
That was it for today. Thur was a day off.
