Shrugs Behind Back

Shrugs
5 - 365 x 10
Rest - :45
Theses were done without much trouble.

Up Right Rows
5 - 135 x 6
Rest - 1:00
I have a tough time with these but I made it through.

Barbell curls
5 - 135 x 3
Made it through but again they were hard.

This was not all that hard of a workout but it still went well. Next will be legs on Wednesday AM.
