Speed and Power



Today was an easy day in the gym, I just wanted to make sure I got in and did some work.

Because today was about speed and power I did not bother recording the weight. All weight was light and moved with maximal effort.

I started with power cleans, 5 sets of of 3
next it was push presses, 5 sets of 5
After that it as on to power high pulls with a fat bar to help with the grip, 5 sets of 5

That about did it for the day.
