This was meant to be a heavy day, with low reps.
Rack Bench Press: 7 sets all for 2 reps - 365, 375, 385, 405, 425, 455
V Grip Chins: 6 - 70 x 2, on my last 2 sets I did 4 reps each set
Shoulder Press: 6 - 225 x 2
DB Row - Neutral Grip: 4 - 120 x 6
Parallel Bar Dips: 4 - 120 x 5
Bent Over Rows: 6 - 225 x 3
3 x Superset - Bicep Curls: 115 x 10, Incline Shrug: 120x10, Push Down:90x10
