Things did not go so well today, I did not hit the numbers I was looking for. For some reason I just could not pull it off the floor. Based on my numbers from last week I should have been able to hit it easily. Next week I hope to do better.

Rear Foot Elevated Split Squat
Good Mornings
Shrugs
DB Hammer Curls
