Upper Body Workout - my workout for 12/16/09

Today was a planned rest day but we went ahead and did our workout anyway. Back to the upper body program today. Felt pretty good. This is what I did:

1. Shoulder Press: 5x3 last set was for max reps, the first 2 sets were just for warm up
2.a Pull ups: 3x10 Neutral grip
2.b Close grip bench: 3x10
3.a Hammer incline: 3x10
3.b Hammer Row: 3x10
4.a Inverted Row: 3x10
4.b Ez Bar nose breakers: 3x10
