Football programs that win - becoming dominant superior athleticism

I just finished watching NFL Head Strength and Conditioning Coach Duane Carlisle's new speed, strength and conditioning program: Total Football Training.

Wow!

That's the best way for me to put it.

I've never seen anything like it.

It is, by far, the best football conditioning/training resource I have ever seen.

Now, I know Duane's putting the final touches on the packaging, so it's not available for purchase until Tuesday, July 20. But I wanted to tell you about it as soon as possible because I know you're getting close to the start of the season where you focus might be more on offensive/defensive schemes and less on strength and conditioning.

But if you're serious about football, you'll make this a core part of your training program. My real reason for this post is to let you know about something else Duane is doing, for free, that you'll want to take part in.

On Monday, July 19, Duane is holding a TeleSeminar where he'll be answering your questions about training your football players. It's going to be pure Q&A, with all the questions coming from those of you who register for the call:

It's not a glorified sales pitch. It's all info that you'll be able to use with your athletes right away. With 14 years of experience at the professional level alone, you can be sure Coach Carlisle will give you tips and ideas that will change the way you train your football players.

If the call even scratches the surface of what his new program contains, it's an event you simply can't afford to miss.

So register for the call now and submit your question to Coach Carlisle:
