To start the week coming of a deload week it was back into the full swing of things.
Still doing total body workouts on a 3 day split.
1. Hang snatch
2a. - Deadlift
2.b - Pull Down
3.a - Bench
3.b - Seated row
4.a leg press
4.b Dips
5.a - Ez curls
5.b - Lateral raise
