Quickly Add Muscle Mass With 10 Sets Method

German Volume Training (GVT), or the 10 sets method has been around for a while. And that's because it works.

I've put together a quick GVT cheat sheet for you to follow. The program is simple in design but difficult to execute.

You do have some freedom in your design but make sure you stay within the guidelines. People have tried to improve on it.

But you can't.

Do the program as prescribed, and you'll see gains.
