Today was the first day of the secon week in my new power cycle. I am back to the first workout but with more weight.
Work Out Plan
Towel bench 5 - 5 X 315
chins 5- 5 x 40
squats 5 - 5 x 245
Bench
315 x 3, x 5, x 4, x 3, x 5
Did not feel as good as I thought. I think is is because I went off my plan the other day and did the extra chest and tris. I will stay at this weight next week. I think I will go up 10lbs next week. At least for the first set.
Chins
40 x 5, x 5, x 5, x 3, x 4
I will stay here next week.
Squats
completed 5 of 5x245
Next week I think I will add on 20lbs for the first set and see how it goes. Even though I did all 5 sets with ease I think a few reps gould hav had better form. I want my squats to be text book. If they are not I am not ready for more weight.
