Today was an easy day. All went well.
Close Grip Bench
225 x 6, x 7, x 7, x 7
These were easy with a good push on the bottom. Will add 20lbs for the first 2 sets next time.
Seated Rows - Wide grip
210 x 6, x 6, 190 x 8, x 8
I find it too easy to cheat on back so I find it works best if i keep the weight low and think about what i am doing. My warm up for this is bentover barbell rows - 2 sets for 12 at 135lbs
Pull overs
3 - 90 x 8
Next week I think I will add on 10lbs.
Barbell Curls
3 - 115 x 6
I have lost a little strength in my arms but i am not worried. I do not care so much about the bis anyway. I do them most times to keep a balance with my tris. I will not add weight yet, i will weight till I can do 8 without a problem and in perfect form.
Hyp Ext.
3 - 30 x 15
I like to do a few extra reps on this. I do not like to do too heavy of a weight on my lower back, though I do not mind on my dead lifts. I will add weight to these but do not go heavy at all when i do GM.
