Bench Press
3 sets 345 x 1, 335 x 1, 315 x 3
Rest - 3:00
Next week up 10lbs
Sumo Dead Lift
3 sets 415 x 2
Rest - 3:00
Next week up 20lbs
I did not do much today as you can see. Things just did not feel right. I did not eat well today and was a little tired, I do not know if that was a factor or what. Because things did not feel all that good I cut things short. I was not all that happy with the lifts today. Next two days will be easy so I should be ready for Monday. Monday is my 5x5 day.
