Weak Workout - Shoulders

Training did not go so well today. I think I may have a slight cold.

Smith Press
6 - 200 x 6
rest: 45 seconds

dumbbell shrugs
6 - 120 x 8
rest 45 seconds

That was it. I did not even feel like doing those. It looks as though Monday will be a rest day.
