Weight Training - Easy Chest

This was my second chest day of the week, because of this I did not want to work it too much. I leaned more towards the tri's today.

Towel Bench
315 x 5, 335 x 4, 345 x 3, 355 x 2, 375 x 1
Rest- 2:00

Incline Dumbbell Press

120 x 2, 100 x 6, 100 x 6
Rest- 1:00
palms faced each other

Elbows Out Ext.
35 x 12, 40 x 10, 40 x 10
