My weight training - Legs


Box Squats
12 - 225 x 3 off 12 inch box
Rest - 45 sec
No spring but were easy. When they get deep like that i start to have problems with spring off the box, even though the weight feels light.

Rest - 1:00

I did my plyo jumps next

Depth jumps
3 sets of 6 off 24 inch box

one leg hops
3 x 12

Frog Jumps
3 x 10
