Weight Training - My Leg workout

Weight Training

Sat 2PM


Dead lifts
5 sets - 405 x 4, x 4, x 3, x 3, x 2
Rest 1:30
These were done sumo style. The short rest did me in.

3 - 135 x 12
Rest 60 seconds
I do not like to do thes so I keep the weight light.

5 - 65 x 12
Rest 1:00
I did these with 2 - 65lbs dumbbells and walked the gym floor. I could feel these and had to stop for a quick breth in each set.

I finished up with a fe plyos. I did depth jumps, single leg hops, bounds, and frog jumps. I felt that today was a good workout. I went hard and feel as though I made some good lifts.
