Back to legs and 10 x 10
Squats

After some time off it was back to legs. I think I still have a little of the flu so things were not easy. I did not get all sets and all reps. The first 5 sets were not that bad but not that good either. From set 6 on I used a belt, this made a big difference. The weight was lighter and I found it easier to get deep.
I felt this workout today, even though it was not a lots of work I think it was enough. Next week I will stay with this weight and hope to feel better and get a full 10 x 10 bodybuilding workout in.
