10 x 10 on the bench


Bench Press
10 - 205 x 10
Rest:1:30
Reps I was able to do:
10, 10, 10, 8, 5, 7, 8, 8, 8, 8
I just did not have it today. I felt tired and weak. I will see what happens next week. I think I still have a little of the flu.

Low Rows (Wide Grip)
10 - #12 x 10 (I think it it is about 180lbs)
Rest: 60 seconds
Reps:
10, 8, 10, 10, 10, 10, 9, 10, 6, 10

I would normanly do a second set of 3 sets of 20 but I just did not feel it today. We will see how I feel over the next few days.
