Weight Training

CHEST and TRICEPS

3 Board Press
Like towel press I have done in the past. I changed to the board because it is more solid and will not add spring to the lift.
5 sets of 335 x 4
done with 2 second pause on the bottom for each rep
Rest - 2:00
They did not feel bad but they were not as light as it should have felt.

Incline press
done with palms facing in and each other
120 x 2, 100 x 6, x5, x5, x4
Rest - 2:00



Dips
45 x 12, x10, x10 - I do not push these because it is not so good for the shoulders.
compound set with
Elbows out Ext.
3 - 35 x 12
Rest - :45
