Leg Training

Weight Training

Sunday 2PM

Squats
10 - 185 x 10
Rest: 45 - 60 seconds
nice and deep

This may be the hardest sets that I ever do. 100 squats gets very tough after about five sets or 50 reps. At set 7 I started to feel things in my lower back so I put on a belt. I am not sure if the problem was because of the volume abd my back was just tired or if I got lazy and started to use bad form.

Straight Leg Deadlift
10 - 185 x 10
Rest: 45 - 60 seconds
No problem with the back here andno belt.

That was it for today. I think things went ok. I am not looking forward to adding weight to the squats next week. Still not 100% but not ill enough to keep me out of the gym. Monday will be chest and mid back.
