Training to start Sunday

I have not felt well for the past week so I thought I would take a little time off from the weight room. I belive that the body can only heal one thing at a time, thus if you are ill or go out and drink too much the body will first repair that damage. Damage done from training will take a back seat to your general health.

I will return to the gym on sunday with what i hope to be a great leg workout. For the month of March I will up the volume. I will train more like a bodybuilder with lots of reps and sets but not so heavy on the weight. I know that I will not have great strength gains but if I eat enough I should gain a pound or two. I hope that my strength will not drop too much because I have made some great gains in the past 2 months.

When April rolls around I will start back into more weight and less volume. I will do lots of 5 x 5 workouts. Then in May I will again be lifting heavy.

My goals for May are:
Bench - 405
Squat - 365 x 2 and DEEP
Deadlift - 500

All the best in your weight and programs.
Jason
