21's
3 - 65 x 7,7,7
Rest - :45

Not the best workout but not that bad. The 21's killed the bi's.

21's with 65 pounds each hand? That's very impressive. I can only handle 21's with about 35. Great work, I'd say they better kill the bis. Jeez.
