Legs - Building Size and Power

Weight Training

LEGS
- Size and Power Phase -




Monday 4 PM

Squats
5 - 225 x 5 with chains for a total of 275
Rest - 2:00
Was able to do all sets and they were deep. Next week I will keep the weight the same because I felt as though I leanded forward a little as I started to come out of the hole.

Compound Set
SLDL
4 - 225 x 8
GM on Smith
150 x 10
Rest 1:30

The SLDL were easy but the GM's were not. Even though I counted myself as completing 4 sets of 10 not all of the reps were perfect. I think I will have to drop the weight next time.

Step Up's
3 - 85 x 8
rest 1:00
I used dumbbells so buy the end of it my traps were feeling it. As for the step ups, I could feel them but I can use much more weight.

I would consider this a good workout.
