Just a quick note to let everyone know I took things easy this past week. Between a sprained foot from rugby and everything else that happens I have not had the time, motivation, or energy to get to the weight room and work out this week. I did make it twice to do a few easy lifts for my chest and back but noting special.
I will be back in there today and try some box squats. I am not sure how the foot will hold up but I will give it a try.
