Deadlifts

Weight Training

I have a rugby game so I did not want to work too hard today.

Sumo Deadlift
365 x 3, 385 x 3, 405 x 3
Rest - 1:30
425 x 1, 435 x 1, 445 x 1
Rest 3:00
The last set was uguly so I did not increase the weight and called it a day with the DL

Leg Press (one leg)
5 - 320 x 5
Rest - :45

Because of the rugby game I did not want to do tto much. I felt as though things still went well.
