Tri's Chest and back
Incline Dumbell Press

I have to change the reps or weight because I was able to get all sets without a problem. Even with rest I do not expect to be able to get the same reps throughout the entire set.
Incline press with a close grip

These were done with the weight lowered to my chest, most times I lower the weight to my face. Lowering it to the chest allowed me to get a few more reps than normal.
For the next month I will be doing a few different things. In June I will start with a new program. Sometime next week I will post the details of June's program.
