The 385 was so easy I thought I could get 405. That is the first I have tried that weight so maybe next time.

Incline Dumbell Press
120 x 4,
110 x 4, x4, x4, x3
Rest - 1:30

Decline DB Press
3 - 50 x 20
Rest - :45
The first 20 were so easy I thought I would have to raise the weight, but by the last 10 reps of the last set I was dead.

Bent Over Rows on Bosu
5 - 135 x max up to 12
Rest - :45
x12, x12, x6, x7, x6
The first set was a piece of cake but I soon went downhill from there. I was surprised how much harder they were on the Bosu.

Curls
5 - 95 x max up to 12
Rest - :45
x12, x8, x7, x6, x6
I have not done much work on the biceps and it shows. They do not help in powerlifting so I do not spen too much time on them. A nice peak does look good so Iwill do them now that summer is close.
