Sumo Dead Lifts and traps

I have not been to thegym in afew days because of rugby. That game can take a lot out of you. I think that my lifts suffered today bacause of the rugby I played on Saterday. I am still a little sore and beat up.


Sumo Squats
5 - 405 x 3
Rest - 2:00
On the last three sets things did not feel all that good so I only did 2 reps.

Chins
5 - 45 x max
x5, 5, x3, x4, x3
Rest - 1:00
I find these hard on the best of days but today was even more difficult.

Dumbell Shrugs
5 - 125 x 12
Rest - :30

Up right Rows
5 - 135 x 5
Rest - 1:00
I tend to cheat a little when I do these, but all in all they were not bad.

Curls
5 - 135 x 3
Rest - 1:00
I only did the negative. Believe it or not I still found this hard.

Thanks Rick. I live in Northern MI and there is not much up here for powerlifting. Rugby is starting to take its toll on me so I may look down state and see what they have. I am not sure how much longer I will play rugby so i will have to find something else to do.
