Things have not gone that well at the gym the past few days. On Tuesday I had a plan to do some heavy chest but could not lift a thing. I think The weekend of rugby took more out of me than I thought. Then yesterday I just did lots of assistance work. We have some rings that hang off the power rack and i used those to do lots of boy weight work. Some of the things I did were:
1 leg squat, lunge with one foot in ring, push ups with one hand on a med ball, dips, and lots of ab work. I did a few other exercises as well, maybe I will include a few pictures a little down the road.
This weekend i will start my new workout program. It will be a 6 day cycle, 3 leg days and 3 bench days with assistance work in there. I will have a max effort day, up to 3 reps, a high rep day and a DE day. The intensity will be as follows Hard, Med to hard and easy. I will have more details soon.
