Box Squat

14" box height. I found these hard again this week. This is my toughest workout. I think I had to muchlower back in the squat as my low back was sore. I think I am not starting the movement with the legs but with the hips.
Leg Press - one leg
5 - 290 x 8/leg
Rest - :30
I had to drop the weight,I started ith 340 but it was too much. Legs were high on the pad to hit more of the glutes and hamstrings.
Prone Leg Curl
5 - 70 x 8
Rest - :30
