Legs - Static and Dynamic Effort




HANG CLEANS
Rest - 1:00
5 - 135 x 5


Plyometrics
3 sets x 8 jumps
Bounds, Skips, 1 leg Hops for distance, Frog Jumps, 2 leg hop for height

Static Contraction squat
5 - 600 x 7second hold
Rest - 2:00
Only drop about 6" and hold in that position.

Shoulder Press
10 - 50 x 10
Rest - :45
First 5 all 10 reps second 5 - x8, x7, x8, x8, x9

Side Body Shrug
3 - 75 x 12
Rest - :30

Bent Over Fly
3 - 25 x 12
Rest - :30
