Squat

I was surprised with the ease of this lift.

SL Deadlift
405 x 10 seconds

Shrug
495 x 20 sec.

Extended Body Core Hold
x 20 seconds

Close Grip Bench
315 x 15 sec
These were hard on the wrist.
