Squat

I was surprised with the ease of this lift. I did start to shake, I think the back will give out befor the legs do.
SL Deadlift

That was a true max hold, I held on until the bar dropped.
Shrug
515 x 15 sec.
I think I will do this weight again because I am not sure there is enough of a shroug there. I have to make sure it is a shrug not just hanging there.
Bicep Curls
175 x 15 seconds
I have to play around with this lift to make sure I get a good contraction on the biceps
Close Grip Bench
335 x 17 sec
These were hard on the wrist again today. This is also a lift that I have to work on to make sure the strain is on the proper muscle.
Heal Raise
400 x 20 sec
Even on one leg theses are still to easy. I am not sure what I will do to replace it as I am at the end of the weight stack.
