Static Contraction Training - Week 5 Day 2

This was the first day that I did not go up in weight. I had trouble with the weight and since I do not wear a belt I felt a little something off in my back so I decided that maybe I would have to pass on things today.

I am not sure if I will go the entire 10 weeks because I am starting to lose too much weight. In the bast 5 weeks I have lost 5 - 10 pounds. I can see the muscle slip away. I think the gains in weight are due to neural factors not an increase in strength.
