Weight Lifting Journal, Static Contraction - Week 5 Day 1

Bench Press
525 x 12 seconds
I had a lift off today so things were much easier.

Standing Shoulder Press
295 x 5seconds

Chin Ups
125 x 10sec.

Chest Supported Row
270 x 15 seconds

Incline Crunch
80 x 15 sec
I am not so sure about this exercise. I will have to play around with different ab exercises.
