Hypertorphy ~ Week 1, Day 2 - Legs

Legs - Hypertrophy



Squats
5 - 225 x 8
Rest ~ 1:30

Sumo Deadlift
5 - 315 x 8
Rest ~ 1:30

Leg Press
3 - 100 x 12
These were done one leg at at a time. There was not any rest, went from one leg to the other.

Leg Curls
3 - 140 x 12
Rest ~ :45

RDL
3 - 225 x 8

That did it for today not much problem. For the month of March I will be working on hypertrophy, so my reps and sets will be higher than normal.
