Today was short and to the point. I wanted to make sure I stayed in a rep range of at least 6, 8 or 10 would have been better for this phase but 6 is ok. Because of the rep minimum and the low rest rates the weight had to be dropped for sets that I did not feel I could meet that goal. Even though today was not as much volume as normal I still had a good pump and felt it was a good workout. Today's lower volume will allow me to hit shoulders and tris hard this week.
