Legs - Hypertrophy



Step Ups
3 - 135 x 10
Rest ~ :45

Squats

5 - 225 x 10
Rest ~ 1:00

Sumo Deadlift
5 - 315 x 6
Rest ~ 1:00
6 was too easy so for the last 2 sets I did 10 reps.

Walking Lunges
3 - 135 x 10/leg

Leg Curls
3 - 140 x 12
Rest ~ :45

FreeMotion RDL
3 - 100 x 10
Theses were to stretch things out.

I found things hard today. The weight was not all that bad but all the reps takes its toll. I think The biggest challenge is the mental thing. With legs it takes so much out of me I have to work myself up to do it.
