Today I had a workout partner so I was off track.

Bench
3 sets, Rest ~ 1:00
245 x 12, 245 x 8, drop set 225 x 10, 205 x 3, 185 x 3

Incline Dumbbell Press
2 sets, Rest ~ 1:30
Drop set - 110 x 3 65 x 10

Seated Machine Chest Press
3 sets, Rest ~ :45, 12 reps/set

Peck Dec Fly
3 sets, Rest ~ :45, 12 reps/set
