Today did not workout according to plan. I am not sure what the problem was but i just did not have it. But here is what I did anyway.

Bench
5 sets, Rest ~ 4:00
265 x 8, x8, x6, x5, x6

Incline Dumbbell Press
3 sets, Rest ~ 1:00
Drop set - 90 x 8

Smith Decline Press
3 sets, Rest ~ :45, 10 reps/set
Weight ~ 180

Dumbbell Incline Flys
3 sets, Rest ~ :45, 10 reps/set
Weight ~ 40

Dips
3 sets, Rest ~ :45, 10 reps/set
Weight ~ BW
