Back and Biceps - Hypertrophy



Chins
5 - 25 x 6 Rest ~ 1:30

Bent over Rows
5 - 185 x 8
Rest ~ 1:00

Seated Rows
5 - Drop set, 12 reps/set Rest ~ 1:00
Close grip.

Tire Flip
5 total 3:00 rest
I am not sure the weight of the tire but it took everything I had to do 1 flip.
I was out of breath after every flip.



Bicep Curls
5 sets, Rest ~1:30
3- 105 x8
2- 95 x8

Incline Curls
3 sets, Rest ~:30
35 x 10

Preacher Cable Curls
3 - 60 x 12, Rest ~:30
These were single arm.
