Hypertorphy ~ Week C1 - Legs

Weight Training Journal

Legs - Hypertrophy



Squats
5 - 295 x 6
Rest ~ 1:30
Found this difficult. Will not go up next week.

Deadlift
3 - 335 x 6
Rest ~ 1:00
I wanted to 405 x 6 but after 1 rep I knew it would not happen. I then dropped down to 365 and after 3 reps it was still too much. It must have been the squatting that did me in.

Walking Lunge
3 - 135 x 8
Rest ~ 1:00

Leg Press

3 - 180 x 12
Rest ~ one leg to the next
These were single legs.

Seated Hamstring Curls
3 - 160 x 12
Rest ~ :30

Sunday will be a rest day.

You did not leave a space for comments in the video. It looked pretty good, though doing it right is the key to avoiding injuries.

I just started with U-tube so not sure of what I am doing yet. I did think I allowed posts on the video but I guess I will have to look again.
