Warm Up
Today I did some med ball throws.

Shoulder Press
3 sets ~ Rest - 1:30
195 x 6
I was surprised how easy these were. Next week I will cut the rest.

Standing Military Press
Rest - 1:00

Arnold Press
Rest - 1:30 Drop set 90 - 70 - 50
set 1 - 90 x 4, 70 x 3, 50 x 5
Set 2 - x3, x3, x6
Set 2 - x3, x3, x6

Upright Rows
5 - 135 x 10
Rest ~ :45

Cable Side Delt Raise

3 - 12 x 12

AM Workout

This morning I did a power cleans and rack pulls snatch grip. Below is some video of a few pulls.
