Legs - Hypertrophy



This was my second workout for the day. The first was a light explosive workout. This weight training session was short but I felt it.



Deadlift
5 - 395 x 3
Compound set with
Squats
5 - 225 x 6
Rest ~ 1:30

Leg Press
5 - 230 x 12
Rest ~ one leg to the next
These were single legged.

SLDL
5 - 225 x 12
Rest ~ :30
These were held at the bottom, more for a stretch than anything else.
