Weight Training

Explosion Work



This is my AM workout. It was nothing too hard just some quick and explosive stuff.

Power Snatch
I did about 12 sets of 3 reps with light weight.

Power Snatch With Split squat
3 sets of 6 reps

Box Jumps
6 sets of 10
