Lots of Legs

Started the day off with a bunch of cleans.

Deadlift
5 - 365 x 5
Rest ~ 3:00

Leg Press
5 sets with a Rest of 1:30
8 x 670, 5x760, 4 x 830, 3x830, 2x830
My plan was to increase the weight as the reps decreased but it just got too much for me. I had to give it my all for the last 2 reps

Lunges
3 sets of 6 per leg
Rest ~ 1:00

Glute/Ham Raises
3 - BW x 8
Rest ~ :45


Hamstring Curls

3 sets, Rest ~ :45
110x10, 120x8,130x6

Squats
3 sets, Rest ~ 0:00
135 x 8 superset with

RDL
3 155 x 8, Rest ~ :45
